Orders are typically processed within 7 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.

Shipping Costs

International Shipping

Lassdesigns.com offers international shipping to selected countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs regulations.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lassdesigns.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Return and Refund Policy for lassdesigns.com

At lassdesigns.com, we accept returns in case of damaged products. We will issue full replace/refund if the product is damaged. To be eligible for return, your item must be in original packing and also need the bill/ proof of purchase.

  • Since quality check is performed for each product from our end before it is packed and dispatched, no return/ exchange is allowed expect in case the customer receives damaged / wrong product / wrong size (which is not the size you ordered.)
  • We will entertain such compliant only if reported within 48 hours of having received the parcel and on the basis of a 360degree parcel opening video.
  • It must be unedited, uncut, uninterrupted unboxing video right from the beginning showing address detail on the parcel and clearly showing the issue/ defect with proper lighting.
  • Minor Manufacturing defects like threads coming out shall not make the product eligible for return/ replacement.
  • Slight Colour difference is always possible due to photographic effects so colour disputes will not be eligible for return/ refund.
  • And in case of any return/ exchange we don’t have a return pick up facility hence the parcel has to be sent by the customer to our address.

Free replacement will be provided within 7days after the return, if the product is delivered in defective / damaged condition or different from the ordered item. Otherwise, there is no return or replacement available.

Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges.  Return the original item(s) and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at customer.service@lassdesigns.com to obtain a return authorization or WhatsApp or call +919539080925.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with bill.

Include the return authorization and a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.

Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank/ credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For sarees:

Terms and conditions for Return / Refund.

If a defect is found in sarees the cost of the product along with the shipping charges will be refunded.

The following will not be considered as defects in sarees.

  • The small knots/ bumps in threads we often see occur when broken threads are pieced together, this is not considered as defect.
  • The uneven threads connecting the border to the body are not considered as defects.
  • Slubs / residual threads bundled together in tiny knots
  • Minute gaps in and around motives
  • Dye bleeding, on the pallu from the body – this is common in power loom sarees.
  • Colour mismatch- Colours are subjective, we understand. We try our best to capture most accurate colours of the sarees. Despite that due to individual device settings, the colours may appear different on different devices hence it is advisable to check with our team if you are doubtful regarding the colour of the product.

These are the considered defects in sarees.

  • Tear in the sarees
  • Incorrect length instead of what was stated.
  • Missing blouse piece.
